If the payment for the goods was made online through the PayPal or GestPay circuits, the refund will be made through the same payment circuit used.

After activating the withdrawal procedure and receiving the authorization from Customer Assistance, it is necessary to insert the products in their original packaging and insert everything in a special packaging, in such a way as to safeguard the original packaging of the products from any damage, written or alteration.
